When is the event check-in?

  • On-site event check-in will be Monday, April 21, 2025, from 12 pm– 5 pm

  • The event information desk will be open daily during the event from 7 am– 5:30 pm

 

What is the difference in the pricing?

  • Event Only – this is the pricing for the event only, you are responsible for making your own hotel reservations

  • Package Pricing – this includes the event cost, a single hotel room at the venue checking in Monday, April 21, 2025, and checking out Thursday, April 24, 2025, and all associated taxes and fees

 

What is included in the event cost?

  • Monday – Reception with appetizers and drinks

  • Tuesday – breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner

  • Wednesday - breakfast, lunch, snacks

  • Thursday – breakfast, lunch, snacks

  • All B2Gnow classes

  • Guest speaker classes

  • Up to three One-on-One sessions

  • Wi-fi is included throughout the facility

 

How do I register?

  • Click on the “Register Now” button!

  • Please use your official agency email address

  • Fill out the form completely and submit

How do I know I’m registered?

  • You will receive a confirmation email for payment at the time of registration

Is there a registration deadline?

  • Please register by March 20, 2025, a last minute registration fee will apply to submissions & payments received after March 20, 2025. 


How do I pay?

  • You will be prompted to pay with a credit card at the time of registration

  • Should you need to pay via check or ACH you will have that option available

  • If you have any challenges with payment, please email events@b2gnow.com

  • Payment must be made within 30 days of registration.

 

Who should go to the 2025 B2Gnow User Training?

  • All users of the B2Gnow software!

  • We offer classes in all levels of user roles – new user, beginner, intermediate, and expert

  • B2Gnow encourages agencies to bring their entire team – there is no better opportunity to learn than at this once-a-year training program built specifically for YOU!

 

How do I make changes to my registration?

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

  • B2Gnow DRIVE User Training registrations are refundable up to March 21, 2025, subject to a $150 cancellation fee. After March 21, all registrations are non-refundable. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual within the same organization. Cancellation and transfer requests can be sent to 

 

What happens after I register and pay my invoice?

  • Closer to the event (March 2025) you will receive an email re-confirming your registration, detailing event specifics, B2Gnow App information, etc.

 

When should I arrive?

  • We recommend arriving on Monday. For those seeking attendance recognition within their organization, orientation sessions and introductory classes will be available on Monday. Our opening reception is 6 pm –8 pm Monday night. Full classes begin at 9 am on Tuesday morning.

 

When should I leave?

  • We recommend scheduling your flight home after 3 pm Thursday or anytime on Friday. The program will end at 1 pm Thursday, and you’ll need at least a 90-minute timeframe to get to the airport after that.

 

How do I get there?

  • Flights should be scheduled into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX)

  • Attendees have several transportation modes available

Can I stay for the weekend before or after?

  • YES!   The hotel has extended our incredible per-night price of $229 plus tax and $10 resort fee for three days prior and three days after the event. Make it a mini-vacation! 

 

Can I bring a personal guest?

  • YES! We would love to have you bring a personal guest with you! There's lots to do in the area, and it is all close by the venue hotel. Your guest can also join us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the purchase of a guest meal ticket.

 

What is Phoenix like?

  • Phoenix in April is warm and pleasant, making it a great time to visit. Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-70s to mid-80s °F (24-29°C), while evenings are cooler, around the 50s and 60s °F (10-20°C). The weather is usually dry, with little rain, so it's perfect for exploring the outdoors or enjoying the city's many attractions. Just remember to bring sunscreen and stay hydrated as the desert sun can be strong!

 

What should I wear?

  • We recommend comfortable, business casual clothing with walking shoes for the event, plus don't forget your bathing suit to hang poolside.

 

What technology should I bring?

  • Phone

    • All the event information will be on our B2Gnow Event App, you’ll want to download that before you arrive

  • Laptop

    • We will have some lab-style classes and our one-on-one sessions. You may want to have your laptop to take full advantage of these sessions.

  • Accessories

    • Don’t forget your accessories like charging cords, mouse, etc.

 

What else should I bring?

  • Depends on what you’d like to do in your free time! We will keep you busy during the day, but you’ll have at least one evening on your own. You may want a swimsuit to dive into the pools or warm up in the hot tubs. There are hiking trails near the hotel so hiking or walking clothes might be in order. The venue hotel also has a beautiful spa if you’d like to indulge a bit.
